Delete your GharBanoo account

A permanent account-deletion option is available in the GharBanoo Android app.

Delete in the app

1. Sign in to the GharBanoo Android app.
2. Open your Profile or account dashboard.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Review the information and complete both confirmations.

If you cannot access the app, email gharbanoo@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, using the subject “Account deletion request.” We may request information needed to verify the request.

What deletion removes

Deletion removes your GharBanoo account, account record, user-owned likes and reviews, private invoice records, and relevant Firebase-hosted profile and portfolio media. For providers and shop owners, it also removes the owner’s public listing and its associated reviews and likes.

What may remain

Limited information may be retained when required for legal, security, or operational reasons. PDFs saved to a device or intentionally shared through WhatsApp or another app cannot be remotely deleted by GharBanoo.
